		THE HOUSE GERANI IN GOOGLE EARTH
	„The house Gerani “offers 8 double rooms and a dwelling with an extra bedroom. Each double room enclosure 30qm and is furnished for 2-3 persons. The rooms are equipped with kitchen, bath, balcony, TV and air conditioning system.



	The dwelling covers 60qm floor space and a balcony with 30qm. The dwelling can be inhabited by 2-5 persons. It lies in second stick and has a separate entrance.

The dwelling offers an unusually beautiful view up to the sea. The dwelling is equipped with a bedroom for two persons, a living room (sleep possibilities for three persons), a kitchen and a bath, an air conditioning system and a TV. The dwelling is furnished in a beautiful traditional style . The building is built new, for 1992 and reconditions 2004. The rooms and the dwelling offer with the generous balconies a marvelous vacation accommodation to you.The area approximately around the block of appartments offers many parking possibilities. For the children a children's playground with Trampolin is available.

Family-own Kanus can be lent without payment and time of restiction. (For the use of the Kanus we do not take over adhesion) The house Gerani is in the local part postage Roma in the place Vassilikos. Our house is appropriate for 400m of Porto-Roma beach and 1 km of the Gerakasbeach, admits far away from the sea turtles Caretta Caretta. The beach Gerakas is considered as one of the most beautiful vacation beaches of the island. In a radius of 3 km is still different beaches, e.g. San Nicolas beach, Dafni beach, Banana beach.The beaches mentioned offer recovery possibilities and leisure offers for each taste.


	We offer a calm and family vacation landscape with Olivenhainen, small supermarkets (larger supermarkets, like e.g. LIDL find you in Zakynthos city) to them and family restaurant and bars. At a distance of ca.100 m you find to pool with bars. There you can have breakfast (5-8 € per person) and on the day to stay.
