	Reservation conditions:

1. Before you book your vacation with us, it is essential that you either telephone or email us to confirm available dates for your reservation.

2. After making your reservation you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total sum payable. This is payable directly into our account, details of which we will give to your. The balance of is then payable on arrival.

3. Once you have made your reservation and paid the deposit, we will send a receipt and confirmation of your booking.


	Cancellation conditions:

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the start date there is a cancellation fee of 50€ and the remaining balance of any payment made will be refunded

Bookings cancelled 14 days or less before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost (ie the full deposit)
Bookings cancelled on or after the start date must pay the full cost of the reservation. To supply an extra bed for an adult there is a charge of 20% which must be paid immediately.

Single Occupancy - Individuals pay only 75% of the offered price

For reservations over 14 days there is a 10% reduction of the total price

For reservations over 21 days there is a 15% reduction of the total price

For children 12 years old or under and sleeping in their parents room, there is no charge.

We will collect you from the airport on arrival and take you to the airport for departure.
